"Yeah, you too. Call me when you reach home." I said to Ken before they drove away. I was waiting for him to at least look at me for once before leaving but he didn't. This made me more scared. 


Pondering on my thoughts, I walked in my house. 


"Hi honey, how was your party?" I couldn't let my mom know about the mess inside my heart right now.


"Hey mummy." I kissed on her cheeks and hugged her tight. "The party was really good. I enjoyed a lot and guess what, all the stress I had during my exams are gone." I said in my usual happy tone to her.


"Right. Now I'll be heading to my room. I want to take some good nap. And yeah, I'm already so full so I won't be having dinner." I quickly kissed on her cheeks and escaped from her before she could scold me for saying no to dinner.
