"What? How dare he hurt you?" When I looked up at Noah, he was so enraged. Though it was dark, I could say it from his voice. This remained me of Lucas that day which instantly made me shiver.


"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Maybe he understood my condition, he immediately calmed down. He was still holding my hand. Though it was dark all around, I was still not scared as he was holding my hands.


"Wait, let me dial Keith's number and give him the good news." He started dialling the number with one of his hand while the other one was still holding my hand. 


"Yeah, we'll be waiting." He turned on the flash once he was done talking on the phone. 


"They're coming right away, don't worry." As he said that, my heart started racing. How would I face everyone? Dad must have known about Lucas, how am I supposed to face him? And Aly, I don't know if I'd be ever be able to look at her eyes.
