When I saw Eric standing on the door, I came back to senses. I immediately pushed him away from me, maintaining my calm.


"What kind of behavior is this Mister? Who are you? Who let you walk into my cabin?" 


I was trying my best to sound normal, I just hope I'm not messing up. I hope I'm not shaking, I hope I'm not appearing weak in front of him.


"Is everything okay Alyvia?" Eric was scanning him from top to bottom. 


"Yes, everything is okay." I said avoiding eye contact with both of them. I settled down on my chair and started going through the file again. But my mind was absolutely messed up, this was just an attempt to calm myself. I just wanted to get sometime for myself to collect myself back.
