Mr Humble CEO Changed Me

Veronica was standing in front of the ICU. The red light was on top of the door. "We should have transferred Bryan to a good hospital!" Mr George said, being irritated.


   Veronica heard his nagging but she didn't say anything, she understands that it's normal for George to behave like this. After all Bryan is his son. 


         "You heard the doctor, right? Bryan's condition is too critical, it's not safe to transfer him!" Ventura tried to make George understand. 


"Yeah, right! I just don't understand why they didn't agree to bringing more good and experienced doctors for my son's surgery!! It's not that I wouldn't have paid this hospital, I would have for sure!" George said, in a cranky tone. 


     "George, don't be like that! Just keep praying to God! Everything is in his hands! And have faith in those doctors!" Grandma said in a scolding tone. 


George didn't say anything else to his mother, he kept quiet but his forehead was creased, as if he was annoyed.
