Going to the court

They stopped at a small restaurant to get breakfast. They sat on the table on the outside as Ardit opens his bag and starts eating.

"I didn't get anything to eat this morning," says Ardit, "so I figured I'd eat out."

Ari looked discontent. He knew he was taking her to verify the form was legitimate or not and that if it was, she would be a free woman. She was anxious all night and all morning. This trip was making her so nervous, and yet he casually decides to get something to eat? At such an important time?

"Ardit, is this your way of delaying?"

"What do you mean?"

"Are you so afraid of losing me? Is this why you are making this stop? To see me as much as possible before I leave?"

''You are free to go, Ari. Right now, you can just walk away. The honest truth is that I'm just hungry."

"You know I can't just leave yet. I don't trust you. I need to verify that this form is legitimate and I won't be prosecuted."
