Poem

Ishaan started to feed the child, and she became quiet as that had been the message she had wanted to convey from the very beginning. He was speaking to her softly, when he noticed that her little eyes had started to become droopy from sleep and were now only partially open. Ishaan was still swinging her slowly, holding her with one hand and holding the bottle with the other. He suddenly realized something that he had heard about but never had to experience- how would this girl deal alone with the world when she would get older? He was getting scared on her behalf; the thought of leaving a small child alone in this world and not being there to help and protect such a vulnerable being made him disgusted, frightened and angry.
