Ishaan was frozen in place, still unable to think, speak or react after Manya’s sudden announcement and equally abrupt exit. Arjun had initially been annoyed at being made to feel left without context once again, but he had started to enjoy watching the expressions on Ishaan’s face. He had come to like the mute version of him and didn’t really want to disrupt this view, but they need to figure out many things which were the priority at that point.

So Arjun nudged him “What happened, did she just mention the name of a familiar ghost to you; why are so pale? Should I call an exorcist; not that I have one on speed dial, but I’ll try to look for one if you want?”
