Drunk Anand

It was almost two at night. Anand was sitting on the footpath in his uniform. He didn't even go to his house after meeting Maya. Everything was so unknown to him. All the time he knew he had only one mom, who's death. A father, who called him bastard. And two siblings who maybe didn't even remember him.

But suddenly he knew his father was keeping property shares for this bastard. His siblings saying his mom never cared about them. Amal Mehta suddenly started to feel guilty. He knew people deserve to get forgiveness if they repent. Maybe he didn't care about his sufferings. But could he forgive that man from his mom's behalf? Never.

"Arggh! Bhai, I knew you were planning to be a monk? Sitting here for hours!?" Rishi suddenly yelled from beside. Anand flinched with the voice that he never expected.

"You here?" He was confused.

"Not only me, Mohit and Dhruv is here too." He pointed at both of them, "Mohit said you met Maya Di and left with a sad face. Then I called your house and guard said you didn't go yet. So then I used my skills......and found you here." He smirked.

Anand gritted his teeth. Rishi always trace his location. For God's sake, he was a police!

"But why are you here?" He asked three of them.

"Bhai, you are sad. How can't we come. I'm not feeling so good about you. What if you turn into a monk? Oh no! What will happen to Avantika then?" Dhruv said sarcastically to made Anand roll his eyes. Seemed like they were more tensed for Avantika.

"Actually Adi and Dri, both are married. We don't want to meddle their midnight romance. So we came here by ourselves." Mohit gave a reason.

"Why I'm feeling your intentions are not good?" Anand was feeling suspicious.

"Hehe! That's why you are police. Let's go for a drink." Rishi looked with his puppy eyes.

"No! With you, no! I don't believe Dri, she will make me a stripper too." Anamd still remembered the incident.

"She will become a prostitute supplier too. Don't worry." They almost dragged him with them. And he didn't protest. Maybe he seriously needed a drink.

"Anand Mehta!!" Avantika groaned loudly feeling helpless. She was in deep sleep when got a call from bar attender. Anand was too drunk to even talk. Those friends he came with left him alone. As they gave Avantika's number, so the attender called her. She was having an argue to slap those who did the not so prank with her. But for now, Anand was priority.

She somehow managed him to take into her hotel suit. As she was the owner's daughter, reception didn't ask any questions about the drunk man in her embrace. But for sure her father got informed immediately.

Anand behaved like a child while drunk. He was winning and jumping all around.

"Baldev! Stop winning." She shouted.

"He he he! No Baldev, It's Anand." He shook his head repeatedly and pulled her waist. Though he couldn't walk properly, his physique Abd strength was too much for her to fight.

"Okay, Anand! Now leave me. You are drunk." She didn't know how to free herself thought she kept pushing him behind.

"Drunk in you eyes, they are so cute. Your cheeks were red as apple, I will bite it." He made a pout, "I don't have apple cheeks. You know I had a dream to get bitten by vampires. They never came because I don't have apple cheeks."

He started crying.

She was feeling so helpless. How could such a man cry for vampires? And apple cheeks.

"You are so cute when angry. My angry bird....but birds fly away. They are free, no one can cage them. They meant to fly over the sky. No one can chain them. You will go too. Go away." He made a cute pout.

"I never wanted to go away. You did it." She didn't know why those words came from her mouth but she couldn't help.

"Huh! You will go away like mom when I will try to cut those wings. You're free!!! You go." His eyes were sad.

She knew what he actually meant. But she couldn't understand why did he think so low about himself. Maybe his mom's death had gave deep scars in his heart.

"Your lips looks like pink feather!" He excitedly said and trailed his finger. But suddenly with a groan, he started to cry again.

"I'm not cute as you. (sob). mom left me so(sob). your mom never left you(sob), you(sob) cute girl."

Avantika didn't know how to stop him.

"But I will not leave you. Believe me." Maybe that was the best way to coax him.

"Really?" He asked like a child as if mom promised to give his favourite candy.

She nodded, "Now sleep...good boy. I won't leave."

like an obedient child, he closed his eyes on the bed. Before Avantika could even say anything more, he jumped to peck on her lips and again went back to sleep.

She froze. She didn't expect anything like this from him. Her first kiss....he was not even in senses!

She wanted to slap her head but suddenly heard him mumble, "I'm sleepy good boy. Very good. and cute."

Avantika huffed and said sarcastically, "Really cute!"
