The Proposition

David Kingston placed the snooker balls and picked up his playing cue-stick.

"I'll be breaking," he said smiling.

"Go ahead," Marcus said, grinning.

After aiming for quiet a few seconds, David Kingston pulled back his cue and struck the white cue-ball, which flew and struck the other balls, spreading all over the pool table.

"So, what did you call me for, why am I here?"

"Business proposition," Marcus said aiming for his first ball. He struck it and smiled when the small ball entered the hole. "I believe the Jackson Five Corporation still needs coorperation for the remaining three billion for their construction project. I want us to partner and get this project."

"I hear you," David Kingston stood-up straight, the cue-stick resting vertically with his hands under his chin. "But you're not in the construction business, I am. What good could your company bring to the table?"
