@ A villa away from the disturbance of City…
Marvel was drinking alcohol from a long time and his assistant was afraid to speak anything.
-" Tell me, Tony. Do you think what Janet said is true in the court?" Marvel
-" I… i don't know sir. We will figure it out." Tony, his assistant was in dilemma.
Whatever his answer could be he will get into trouble. Marvel only wanted to hear what we wanted. If he said the other then it will be the last day of Toni.
-" But I know. I know all that evidence is fabricated." Marvel spoke.
Tony nodded his head in agreement. So this was what he wanted. He has made up his mind that Augustine is murdered by Ivan and Janet helped him escape from punishment.
-" But what if it's true,sir ?" Tony couldn't help but ask.
-" It's not. No one dares to mess with me unless it's the Braxtons." Marvel
Marvel took another sip of alcohol and stared at the picture of Braxtons hanging on the wall. His eyes stuck on Janet then his eyes narrowed as if the predator found his prey.
-" I want to know the daily routine of Janet. Where she goes and whom she meets and what's her habit which she always follows." Marvel
-" Sir, she is pregnant." Tony was taken back by his instructions.
-" So what ? I have asked Dylan to keep his wife away from this case. But he didn't. And He is the one protecting Ivan and all Braxtons. So I have to break him and he has only one weakness which is Janet." Marvel was nonchalant.
Tony was out of words. He knew Marvel is cruel with zero emotion. But how can he harm a pregnant woman and a innocent baby ?
-" They hurted me. They snatched my brother. How about that ?". Marvel spoke out as if he knew what Tony was thinking.
-" Ye..m Yes sir. I will do what you have asked me to do " Tony hurriedly agreed as he was fond of his life.

At Dylan's home…
Dylan and Janet were having their evening coffee when they heard a woman shouting.
-" What is that ?" Asked Emma
-" Just the entry of a drama queen mom. " Janet shrugged her shoulders.
Soon the angry Sonia entered the house and followed Grayson.
-" You bi**h… Who am I to you ? You didn't even feel like sharing your problems with me ?" Sonia sneered at Janet..
-" It's not like that Sonia. I thought not to disturb you. After all, it's a hard earned vacation trip for you. Even you know Grayson doesn't get much free time." Janet tried to explain
-" Ohh… (clapping her hands angrily) Thank you for your care, Miss.Janet. Now that you have everyone you may won't need me anymore. Right?" Sonia
-" Ohh my bestiee…don't be jealous. I promise I will never hide anything from you in the future."
Janet walked to Sonia and hugged her. She knew Sonia is moody because of her pregnancy so does she. So her emotions are readable for Janet.
-" You better. If not i will never talk to you. No matter how good your sister in law is, she can't replace me." Sonia peeped towards Grace while talking.
-" Never…" Janet said happily
Grace rolled her eyes at the pregnant ladies in front of her. Why do they need to drag her into their fight? She is just focusing on how to bloom her love with Adam.
-" Okay kids. Now come and have coffee." Emma
Meanwhile Grayson was sitting beside Dylan and they looked serious.
-" Why did you came back in hurry ?" Dylan.
-" How can I let you handle everything alone ? I know you are weak without me." Grayson winked.
-" Thanks" Dylan
Grayson was shocked by Dylan's words. He never played along with his jokes
-" Is that very serious?" Grayson
-" Someone has been following Jane for the last two weeks." Dylan
-" We need to do something Dylan. We have to find that Marvel as soon as possible." Grayson
-" He is hiding in the dark. Coward.." Dylan gritted his teeth.
-" Don't take stress. We will double the protection for Janet." Grayson
-" Not only Jane,but all family including Sonia. I feel like we all are his Target." Dylan spoke with a deep thought
-" Then i will find few more loyal and perfect bodyguards for them" saying Grayson took his phone to call someone.
-" Okay guys, you have fun. I will go out." Grace took her bag.
-" Where are you going? It's going to dark. Stop running around at night." Dylan scolded his sister.
-" Why are you scolding her, Lan. Let her relax for a little." Janet
-" Jane, we have to be cautious until we find Marvel or the real culprit. He won't stop it unless he serve justice to his brother. " Dylan
-" So what ? We didn't do anything wrong. So are you asking to hide without being guilty?" Janet scolded back.
-" Jane.." Dylan was helpless.
-" See, Lan. She is not going alone. Adam is with her. So what are you scared of?" This time Janet shot a death glare at Dylan.
Dylan nodded his head in understanding. So his wife wants to bring Adam and Grace closer and originally it's a date.
-" Okay. But ask her to return home early." Dylan
-" I love you, Sister in law. Only you can tame him" Grace jumped happily.
-" By the way where is he ?" Janet noticed Adam is still not in the picture.
-" I'm here. Sorry I got into a traffic jam and …" Adam was justifying himself but stopped in the middle.
He was staring at Grace who looked beautiful with her open hair. He couldn't look away when a beautiful sculpture is standing in front of him like a goddess.
-" If you have done enough of eating her alive please go now " Sonia smacked Adam's head.
-" Oh God, i was in peace these days. Looks like it's gone forever." Adam replied with a straight face trying best to hide his awkwardness.
-" Absolutely right. Now go and have fun. And please make her our sister in law as soon as possible. We are waiting for it " Sonia spoke last sentence in a low voice only which she and Adam could hear.
Listening to Sonia Adam felt a chill in his heart. Sonia calling Grace sister in law feels good for him.
-" Shut up, Sonia."
Then Adam moved his eyes back to Grace and asked in a gentle voice..
-" Shall we go ?" Adam
-" Yes, let's go." Grace
-" Have fun…" Sonia and Janet shouted from behind.
In the car Grace was feeling a little nervous. It was her first official date with Adam.
-" Wear your seat belt." Adam spoke
But Grace was so tense that she couldn't hear what he had said. So Adam leaned close to Grace and helped her wear the seat belt. Grace came to her senses and found she is so close to Adam. His body was almost touching her chest.
-"I'm sorry. I didn't notice the seat belt" Grace
Adam didn't react,just kept looking at her. He slowly raised his hand and ran his fingers through her hair.
-" Keep your hair open always. It looks good on you." Adam kissed on her lips and moved back
He just wanted to compliment her not to kiss her. But he always loses his mind when he is with her. She is like a wine which toxicates him.
Grace looked flabbergasted for a moment. He not only gives compliments but also a kiss. This did not feel like an accident but in fact she felt it came from his heart. And he didn't say sorry like before.
-" Huu…so how was your work today ?" Adam felt the silence frustrating.
He just loved to listen to her talking about random stuff and talk non stop like a radio who never let others speak.
When they reached the restaurant Adam opened the door for her and offered his hands. Grace took his hands happily and entered the restaurant like a couple.
-" Welcome young master, your premium room is ready" The manager bowed in front of Adam.
-" You own this restaurant?" Grace was surprised.
-" Not me but my grandfather." Adam
-" But I prefer a place where people don't know us." Grace was a little sad.
Adam knew it. He took two steps closer to Grace and cupped her face in his hands.
-" I know you won't like this. But now security and your protection is important. But I promise I will get you a beautiful date once the problem of Marvel is finished forever." Adam
-" Is it a promise?" Grace was still doubtful.
-" I promise " Adam
-" Then let's go." Grace was instantly happy.
They entered the premium room arranged for them. The moment Grace entered the room she was stunned for a second. The room was simple but elegant with dim lights. There was a table in the center of the room wland a candle on the top of the table.
Adam pulled the chair for her and then sat opposite of her. That's when Grace noticed she could see the city from there
-" Wow..it's so magnificent." Grace
-" Not more than you " Adam whispered, making sure Grace wouldn't have heard him.
-" But i heard you." Grace smirked.
-" How..?" Adam was taken back.
-" I know mind reading. After all, I'm gonna be a criminal lawyer" Grace replied proudly.
-" Then I have to be cautious around you." Adam played along with her.
-" You can be cautious around me but you can't stay away from me. Mind it. Once you are mine I will never let you do that." Grace was bold enough to speak out her feelings and possessiveness for him.
Even Adam was stunned by her boldness. But he liked this side of Grace.
-" We will see who is more possessive. We have enough time to be possessive for each other." Adam had a double meaning but Grace couldn't understand it.
-" We will…" Grace replied but her eyes were glued on the dishes on the table.
-" Come,let's dig in." Adam noticed it and served the food to their plates.
-" Ummm…. Smelling nice.."
Grace took a deep breath and then attacked the food without caring about Adam and whether he started diggin or not. Adam just shook his head helplessly. He prefers to see her eating like a baby than eating himself. He was not starving but just wanted to be with her and spend some time with her. By watching Grace eating the food Adam realized the truth that He can make her happy just by ordering many dishes. Thinking of this a smile formed on Adam's lips like it never had….
