The Hearing!!!!!

After coming back from the lawyer's office they both talked a little and then dragged their tired soul to sleep

In the morning they went on-site to gather information and the survey records examined them carefully to find any flaw if there is after all there doubts and all the information they needed was gathered they went to Harry's office(Lawyer) and they gave him the information all about it...

Harry read all the things and said u don't have any dirt so u don't have to worry we will win the hearing just be calm and don't get carried away, just stay on ur word and leave the rest to me and do the other things I said u to complete before the hearing...

After having a chat with harry they left for the hospital the injured workers were admitted they brought fruits along with them and handed over to them and met their families and assured them that they won't let them be alone and they will always be with them and handed over an envelope to them and said them to take rest until u become fit and don't worry about anything, after a long talk they left the hospital.

Finally, the date of hearing was here both Naseer and Imran arrived on time harry was already there the families of the injured were also present in the hall the hearing was started on the order of the honourable judge...

After 3hrs of debates and relentless witnesses being presented the hearing ended and the decision was announced.

With no doubt Naseer and Imran won the case and were freed from all the charges and the medical of workers and the losses physically, mentally and financially for both Naseer and Imran were compensated by the government. This was the final decision with which the hearing ended...

when the decision was announced all were shocked except the three Naseer, Imran and Harry, As they already had planned everything and they were sure the case would turn towards them.

After leaving the court the 3 of them went straight to the office and were relaxed and talking about the compensation to be claimed ...

FLASHBACK(the day before the hearing)

Both Naseer and Imran went to the site and took the ongoing municipal work(just beside the accidental site) pictures and videos of them using the road breakers with full intensity, they also took the surveillance video from the neighbour's cameras of them on the day of accident ...

They gathered all the information about why that municipal work was going on the familiarized themselves with the surveys of their site... Harry was excited after the information which was rock hard to be ignored and he would win his first case in his life......

On the hearing day after the prosecutor's lawyer stated all the charges towards both Naseer and Imran harry immediately objected to it and said him to provide the proof and witnesses...

On which the opposition lawyer first called out the investigating officer and asked about the situation officer replied" when they arrived on the site the roof had already collapsed and 2 were heavily injured and more 2 were being rescued from underneath the debris.. we then investigated the surveys and found that the roof was not stable to heavy vibrations as the structure was old so they had to be a bit gentle in the stroking part which I guess they ignored and caused such a disaster" after he said this the prosecutor lawyer said so was ur take on this ......
