Clara is separated from her mate while still young by kidnappers and held in captivity until when by chance she learns that she is part of a prophecy.

Upon escaping she reunites with her parents and discovers her mate, but her kidnappers are looking for her.

The whole pack was a beehive of activity as everyone was busy welcoming the former Alpha and the former Luna. My mother was in the kitchen preparing dinner. After speaking to them outside, I decided I should help my her.


"Hi darling. What do you need?" My mom asked as she saw me walking in. She was chopping some lettuce for salad.


"I just came to help you make dinner," I said. "What are we making?"


"We are going to make chicken legs and some ribs. Did you greet our visitors?" She said as she put the lettuce in a bowl.


"Yes. Tears were shed but I am glad I got to see them again," I said and at that moment Elizabeth, the former Luna, walked in.


"Oh Elizabeth, it is so good to see you again," my mother said as they hugged.


"It's so good to see you again too Anne," she said and they hugged again. "Claret, dear I will help your mom make dinner. You go relax for a bit."
