Gabriela Mago is a successful artist, creating 'magical' art as some would say. On the side, she also works with her family in the family business - magical protection against dark creatures, trying to invade her reality. 

One evening she starts getting horrific nightmares that are a warning of something most evil coming her way. Gabriela is about to use her abilities as a witch to try to fight them. But not alone.

The smart and attractive businessman Sebastian Vero is coming her way, looking for answers of his own. When a crime is committed in one of his family's businesses, he is firmly set to find the last person to see the stolen ancient book, which is rumored to be tied to black magic and demons.

Together they will look out for the source of the threat. With a few loyal friends, an enchanted necklace, and a magical sword, they will face the danger.  And maybe along the way, they will find something even more important to fight for - their growing feelings for each other.

It took less than fifteen minutes for Gabriela to get dressed and be ready to leave. Subsequently, she made sure to check everything in the apartment was secure and protected. Vladimir had drawn some additional protective runes on the windowsills and the door while she was asleep and all her charms were recharged with some of his magic as well. 


She took a charm bracelet from the drawer and took it with her. There was a need in her to keep Sebastian protected and she didn't question it. Some rune stones and her own neckless were packed as well. She needed to be prepared for any situations from now on. A set of knives gave her pause for a moment but were disregarded. How was she to explain herself, armed with a set of deadly blades in the streets of the city? 


Going to the door, she motioned to Sebastian that she was ready to vacate the property. He took her jacket in his hands and helped her get dressed. She smiled at him in thanks and motioned to him to give her his hand.
