Gabriela Mago is a successful artist, creating 'magical' art as some would say. On the side, she also works with her family in the family business - magical protection against dark creatures, trying to invade her reality. 

One evening she starts getting horrific nightmares that are a warning of something most evil coming her way. Gabriela is about to use her abilities as a witch to try to fight them. But not alone.

The smart and attractive businessman Sebastian Vero is coming her way, looking for answers of his own. When a crime is committed in one of his family's businesses, he is firmly set to find the last person to see the stolen ancient book, which is rumored to be tied to black magic and demons.

Together they will look out for the source of the threat. With a few loyal friends, an enchanted necklace, and a magical sword, they will face the danger.  And maybe along the way, they will find something even more important to fight for - their growing feelings for each other.

- Did you? - For all it was worth, Cage had nerves of steel as he didn't seem fazed at all at her outburst - I mean, see him die. 


- I mean, I saw him being attacked by something vile, but him dying no, not really. But my magic can not sense him anymore. - Gabriela was extremely frustrated at the revelation and had no idea how to continue from here on. The idea that her own family, no matter the relationship would do this to her and the world was taxing. She could not explain why, but a deep sorrow was rooted in her soul and made her question everything. Because what Cage said, albeit unwelcome, rang true in her ears and could be nothing else - My grandma also felt him go - Even to her ears it sounded like a weak argument.
