Even though she threatened Raven, she didn't attack him for certain reasons. Her fists were tightened as if she was struggling to even stay standing, yet she didn't reveal any weakness. 

Instead, she was looking down on Raven. Raven had faced challenges to reach here, but she knew that it was all only child's play compared to what he was to face on this floor. Compared to what she was facing, the challenges were nothing.
