The shooting continued with a change of set. After Alex's entry and his interaction with Lily and her parents, the next scene is of the three girls at school.

"So, your cousin arrived? Where is he?"

Natalie asked after Lily revealed that Alex had arrived and shared her impression of him. Natalie was curious about Alex as he was described as the guy who came from the big city and how his presence felt different.

"They will come a bit late and he needs to first go to the principal's office to be admitted."

The scene continued from there to the classroom where the homeroom teacher seemed to have something to announce.

"Good morning, class," Mrs. Johnson began. "I have an important announcement to make. We have a new student joining us today, and I expect all of you to make him feel welcome."

"Transfer student? At this time of the year?"
