Empress Yunxian gazed at Xiana, whom Licheng had refused to leave from his manor. "Prince Licheng is not supposed to keep the princess near him. The Princess of Yu Kingdom cannot be his servant," Yunxian said.
Yu Xiana was delighted to hear about it. She prayed that the Queen would send her back. Thus, the promise would be nullified without any arguments.
"Mother, that is up to me to decide," Licheng stated and gazed at Xiana. The hope to go to the Yu Kingdom had once again vanished for her.
"I will see the Royal Father and Mother later. Currently, I need to bathe and then have breakfast," Licheng told them. He requested them to leave and glanced at his father as if he was gesturing to him.
"Empress Yunxian, we shall leave. We can talk to our heart's content with Prince Licheng later," Zhenji stated and took Yunxian away.
"Your mother is already angry with my presence. Why don't you send me back? I fulfilled my promise of coming with you. However, I should return," Xiana opined.
Licheng smiled at her and asked her to ignore his mother. He unbuttoned the overcoat and took it off. "Take it," Licheng said and forwarded it to her.
"So, you have brought a princess here as your servant!" Xiana exclaimed and walked up to him. She took the overcoat from him and asked him where she should keep it.
"I need to remove the other clothes as well. Stay still," Licheng said. Xiana turned her back to him and tapped her shoe on the floor.
"I never worked like a servant. So, if I make a mistake then pardon me," Xiana said.
"It seems you are ready to make a lot of mistakes," Licheng stated. He removed the sash from around his waist and put it over her extended arm.
"I also want to freshen up, Licheng," Xiana said. "Also, it would be appropriate if you arrange some bright-colored clothes for me," Xiana told him. When she didn't get a response from him, she decided to talk about other things.
"Where is your sword? I didn't see you carrying it around. Where is my sword? I would be happy if you give it back to me," Xiana said. She was startled and widened her eyes when out of the blue, Licheng came in front of her. He placed the upper robes on her hand and was standing half-naked in front of her.
"You will see a servant outside. Ask her about the bathhouse and also the dress you want to wear. Tell her it is my order," Licheng said and flicked his fingers in front of her eyes. "You can blink, Xiana," he smiled at her and walked away.
"How could he appear randomly?" Xiana mumbled and shook her head. She moved her hand in and walked out while carrying his clothes.
As Licheng had told her, there were a few maidservants outside. She asked one of them about the bathhouse and also about the clothes. "These are Prince Licheng's clothes. Send them to the washhouse," Xiana stated.
"Is my elder brother inside?"
Xiana heard a masculine voice and turned in his direction. The maidservants bowed to see the second prince and the younger brother of Su Licheng, Su Xuanzi.
"Licheng went to the bathhouse," Xiana answered.
"How dare you take the name of my elder brother? Who appointed this mannerless servant?" Su Xuanzi asked her. "Keep your eyes down, servant!" He ordered Xiana.
"I am the Princess of Yu Kingdom, Yu Xiana. Your brother has no objection to this, so why are you getting angry?" Xiana asked him and turned to look at the maidservant. "Show me the washroom," she asked the maidservant again.
Su Xuanzi frowned to hear that. "You know my brother?! How?" He asked her further questions, but Xiana didn't reply to him. She left with the maidservant while Su Xuanzi muttered, "What an insolent Princess!"
"Open the door," he asked another maidservant, who complied with his order.

Xiana after taking a bath dressed in a yellow hanfu dress. She was ready to have breakfast now. She asked the maidservant if she could get a room to which the maid responded, "I did not get any order related to this."
"Oh."
Xiana silently followed the maidservant to Licheng's manor. She walked into the chamber. "Did you already order the servant to bring the breakfast?" Xiana asked as she walked in and turned to the left to step into the living room.
The floor table was empty and Licheng was seated on the floor chair. "I thought to wait for you since you are the servant of this manor," he said.
"I know nothing about here," Xiana stated and turned to look at the maidservant behind her. "Please bring breakfast for us," Xiana requested. She lifted her gown a little and sat on the floor chair in front of him.
"Did you see my brother earlier?" Licheng asked her.
"I did. He called me a mannerless servant," Xiana said. "Don't you think I do not belong here?" she queried him and waited for his answer.
"Of course, you do not belong here," Licheng agreed to her, "but you will soon adjust here. And ignore Su Xuanzi's words." His answer clearly showed her that he didn't want to let her go. She turned to look and wondered when the servants would enter with breakfast meals.
"Xiana, no one will say anything to you here except me. So, if someone troubles you, tell me," Licheng told her, and she turned to face him.
"I don't need your help. I am strong enough to handle such people," Xiana stated, and she heard footsteps. Two servants had entered the chamber with trays in their hands. Xiana quickly stood up and gave them a helping hand.
After the breakfast table was set, Xiana sat on the floor chair while Licheng dismissed the servants. He began eating while Xiana started before him. He smiled and ate the food slowly.
"I thought a princess is graceful," Licheng said after a while when he found Xiana's mouth filled with food.
"I-I a-am…"
"You should eat instead of speaking with me, or else someone might snatch your food," Licheng remarked and turned silent.
