Fallen Senselessly For Aldric

Elena's eyes were cold, calculating, and filled with a hint of amusement, as if she found Islinda's presence both entertaining and insignificant. She leaned back slightly in her chair, exuding an aura of effortless confidence, a faint smirk playing on her lips.

Islinda was pissed off. For someone whose crime was about to be revealed and persecuted, she looked too confident for her liking. Well, not that Elena knew of their plans. Soon, those smile would be turned to crying and she, Islinda would have the last laugh.

Thanks to that, Islinda refused to look away. She held Elena's gaze with as much strength as she could muster, determined to show that she would not be intimidated. The tension between the both females was palpable, a silent duel of dominance and resolve.
