In the darkness, Lisa stood before a shadowy figure, who, for some reason, felt familiar despite only appearing as a vague silhouette covered in darkness.
“You’ve ruined it. You’ve ruined it all,” a voice filled with endless malice and hatred came from the woman’s direction, the unmistakable voice of a female.
Lisa stepped back, not understanding where she was or why that woman yelled at her with such hatred. Noticing the darkness sticking onto her legs, Lisa tried to run away, but she felt trapped again, with nowhere to escape and nowhere to run.
The darkness covered her legs and thighs, moving up to her waist and chest, but just as she thought it was about to claim her all, a familiar warm hand touched her shoulder, and all that darkness peeled away from her body.
Turning around, she saw Seth’s kind face, smiling back at her reassuringly, “Don’t be afraid. Everything will be alright.”
