Before long, the car finally stopped at a parking spot near the cafe where Ye Qing Xin was supposed to meet Su Rui.

Su Ming Yuan helped his girlfriend with the door first. Then, holding hands, the couple walked into the cafe together.

When Su Rui looked up, she happened to see the couple walking in her direction together. She was a bit unhappy to see her son crushing her date with Ye Qing Xin, especially as she wanted to spend time with this future daughter-in-law.

This was supposed to be a girl's day out!

But, seeing them holding hands brought a smile to her face.

"Auntie Su, hello," Ye Qing Xin greeted as soon as she reached the table. "Have you waited for a long time?"

"I just got here a while ago," Su Rui smiled.

Su Ming Yuan looked at the glass of juice on the table and had a hunch that his mother was telling lies. She should have arrived for a while.

"Ah Yuan, why are you here?" Su Rui shifted her gaze to her son.
