"Nooo! We need to wait for my Noona!" Jung-woo screams as he watches a weaponless Marianne surrounded by the crazy crowd.
"Mister, we need to help her! There's too many of them!" The boy screams and kicks as the older male continues to ignore him.
Ho Hyun-cho did not care leaving the woman behind. He was a regressor and this was his 6th round. However, for all 5 rounds prior, he had no recollection or memory of this woman. Something must have changed because for all Ho Hyun-cho knows, she was never supposed to have existed. When he tries to use [INSIGHT] to view her profile, all he could see was an [ERROR] sign and the following warning:
[CAUTION: THIS TARGET'S SKILL IS BLOCKING YOU. CONTINUEATION OF VIEWING MAY RESULT IN A CURSE ACTIVATING].
Does she works for the Gods and Demons? Either way, he wasn't going to risk it. He had to keep an eye on her first, but if she died there, then all the better. Especially if she could stay away from this boy, Dal Jung-woo. Ho Hyun-cho, activates [INSIGHT].

I was supposed to meet Dal Jung-woo at the next scenario. Not only was he a trustworthy companion, but he was going to be one of the strongest monster tamer in the world.
"How did you met her." I ask, seeing as the portal was getting closer. It was smacked in the middle of the Wonhyo Bridge.
"Why the hell should I tell you anything." He elbows my head.
" . . . "
He was a lot obedient to me for the last 5 rounds. This was a first time for Hyun-cho. He has never seen a rebellious or stubborn side to the young monster tamer.
"Well. I guess I won't tell you what your Noona wanted me pass to you." Hyun-cho drops him on the ground. He can see the regret in the boys eyes.
"N-noona saved me. A bunch of bad ahjussis were ganging up on me. She happened to appear where I was being beaten up. She helped me run away and healed my wounds. We then went to kill them with some crazy luck with the Rabid Wolf. That's where we got the monster cores."
She seemed to be a healer. But how can she fight so many people? Is her combat ability good? Could that bat be an artifact? He has never heard or seen anything about a wooden bat being an artifact. The man looks at the boy in front of him.
"She asked me to help you get to the portal. And that she'd cover for us while we go through it. She never meant to come with us. She was going to stay." He says, "So now let's get you in."
Hyun-cho pushes the kid closer to the portal. But stubbornly enough, he resists.
"No! I'm going to wait for Noona!" He bites Hyun-cho's hand, but the young man doesn't even budge.
"This is my advice to you. Fight. Get stronger. Win on the next scenario. That's what your Noona would want you to do." Hyun-cha grabs Jung-woo's neck and throws him into the portal.
"Noooo!!!" The young boy screams, catching a glimpse of his Noona fighting for her life. Ho Hyun-cho looks behind him at the woman with a complicated look.
"If you're actually strong. We might meet again." He pulls a sword out of nowhere and breaks the bridge. There was a huge gap that anyone with less than twenty stats would not be able to jump across it. Ho Hyun-cho disappears into the portal.

Meanwhile, Marianne and the rest of the people were stunned as a portion of the bridge broke.
"That's a little extreme." I frown. Now, how else will everyone else go through the portal?
"Tick-tock, Tick-tock! Time is ticking-nya! You only have 3 minutes until this scenario ends! Nya-nya-nya!" The crazy cat laughs. I looked around to see if there was any other portal nearby.
"There's another portal under the bridge! A guy shouts. Everyone rushes to the side of the bridge and sees another green portal hiding.
"Ahhh!"
"Hurry!"
"Give me your core!"
I was just about to run towards the portal on the bridge when I realized that I still had the bag full of cores. I decided to hand them out to the women and children who were hiding from the chaos.
"Follow me!" I told them. While everyone was running to the portal underneath, I went to the bridge.
"How are we going to get them to the other side? The old lady asks. We had 13 teenagers, 2 minutes left and one of me.
"I'll carry three at a time." I told her. Telling the kids to hold onto my tightly, I was able to get them to the other side and pass the portal. In a span of a minute. I was able to get all 12 kids taken care of. Jumping back, I grabbed the last kid and turned behind me to let Granny know.
"Let's go, granny---!"
"Granny!" The little girl screams. My eyes went straight to granny's stomach bleeding. Behind her was the mean, ugly dude again. I seriously want to kill him. He wanted to throw Jung-woo off the bridge earlier.
"Just take the child away. Don't look back!" Granny smiles weakly before letting go of her left breath.
Hot tears roll down my face as I ignore the man. Later, when I see him again. He'd wished for a painless death. Mustering the last bit of energy, I leap over to the other side and run full speed into the portal.
"10. . . 9. . . 8. . . 7. . ."
"Just a little more..." I willed my body to go faster.
". . . 3. . . 2. . . "
The next thing I know, I woke up in a bed.
