LIBRARY DUNGEON

After a lively and tiring event 2 days ago, Jung-woo and I spent the next few days sleeping, eating, and playing. We played little games, eat snacks, and shared information.

"So you're both a demon and an angel?" He asks, snacking on sweet rice cakes.

"Yeah, but my occupation is a devotee." I snatch a chip from him.

"What do devotees do? Do you have other cool powers besides healing and demonizing?"

"Umm... it's actually not that great, but..." I urge him to follow me and kneel on the pew. Folding my hand together, I pray out loud.

"I hope that Jung-woo and I can relax and eat well today." I then whisper spitefully to myself, "Fuck the gods and demons."

TING!

I check to see my unallocated stat points has increased from 11 to 12.

"What happend?" He asks.

"I get 1 unallocated stat point added. I can use it wherever I want." I scratch my head, "But it's not that great of a skill if you're wondering."

"No way! That is great! Most people would have to get those by participating. All you have to do is pray once a day!" Jung-woo mimics me and prays out loud.

"I wish that Noona and I can stay together." Something unexpected happens.

TING!

"Noona! Look! I got a notification saying I got an unallocated stat!" He cheers.

"Haha...Me too..." I nervously laugh. I feel like my system is getting sketchier every day.

Nightfall has come and it was time for Jung-woo and I's nightly scouting. We beeb doing this since we got back from the mini-game to scout the neighborhood. Making sure there wasn't anyone stirring up trouble for us.

"Noona, the birds are telling me there's a library near by." He relays to me excitingly.

Before the apocalypse, I love reading books, mangas, manwhas, light novels, you name it. As long as there's romance, action and entertainment, I'll read it.

"Nice. Once we finish up our patrol. Let's head over the Library and relax."

We hop from one roof top totl the next. Seeing as how no one was around after two hours of scouting, we headed over to the library.

It was the city's main library. However, the place was swarming with Rabit wolves. I guess this is where they all gathered.

"There's too many of them." Jung-woo says, "I don't think I can control any more than 10." A 10 to 50 fight won't do us any good.

"No worries, we can just fly over them and enter from the roof."

I demonize and spread my wings open, "Hold on tight!"

With a large flap, we shot up to the sky. The sun was setting, and if the surrounding area wasn't burned down, broken or destroyed, the view up here would have been lovely.

"Hup!" We touch the roof top. Walking over to the door, Jung-woo grabs the doorknob.

TUCK-TUCK.

"It's locked." He turns to me. Still in my demonic form, I rip the door open.

"Noona is so cool." His eyes twinkle as soon as my demon form deactivates.

"Don't relax yet. We need to make sure there is nothing inside." I pull out my dagger and step in front to take a lead.

Most of the upper level was empty. We walk past the foyer when Jung-woo taps my shoulder and points. I follow the direction and see a soft light. The section reads: Children's Section.

Walking over to the entrance, a notification pops up:

I stop and glance at Jung-woo, "Do you want to go?"

He thinks for a second, "I mean, what's the harm in it?"

There are plenty of harmful things that can happen. This is the apocalypse. Of course, I did not argue and continue to lead us inside.

Rows and rows of shelves lined up on either side of us. Each provides a different genre.

There was a sign posted right before the rows of shelves:

Before I could read more, Jung-woo walked in between the shelves excitedly.

"So we just pick one and finish the ending!? That's pretty easy! Which one do you wanna do, Noona?!"

I leave the sign and read over the genres. There is romance, action, sci-fi, fairytale, mystery, horror, realistic fiction, and classics.

"Which one you think will be the easiest? Fairtales?" Jung-woo reaches for a book. I slap his hand.

"Don't touch anything unless we are ready." I scolded.

"Now, I'm fine with fairytales. Because I'm pretty sure Horror, Sci-fi, and Action are a little too much for me right now. I'm not about to fight ghosts and aliens and do car chases."

" Yay!" He cheers. I guess he was still a kid by heart. I motion for him to head over the fairytale section. As we get closer, I have a tingling feeling. Like I'm missing something...

"Hold up, Jung-woo. Let me check back to the post sign." I run back to the post and read the 'more information' section. I tap on the more information—"

Jung-woo, who had disappeared into the fairytale section, comes back with a book.

"Look! I got Snow White!" It was a damn white cover.

"Put it back!" I shout, tumbling to a sprint. The book in his hand suddenly flies out of his hand. All the fairytale books flew out of the shelves and created a tornado with Jung-woo in the middle.

"Noona!" His shouts were muffled by the whirlwind.

"Jung-woo!" I sprint towards him. I swat at the books that trapped him, but as I did so, the white book grew as large as an adult and eats him whole. Not again.

The book then faces me and commands the other flying books to fight me. As a book lover, I did not cut them down. I just swat at them until I can get close to the big one.

"Open up!" I scream at it. It growls at me. I snatch a couple of books and throw them at it, "I said open up!"

The book opens, and I jump inside.

The light was very bright, but as soon as I opened my eyes, I found myself standing in the middle of the forest. Tall trees, shrubs, and little critters and animals gather around me. A notification pops up:
