Chapter 27 Part II

“Can you teach me? I don’t know what to put into a child’s meal. I’ve never had children before.”

“I’ve never had children before, either. I just searched for information on the internet.”

The young man spun around and walked over to pick up his tablet from where it was lying and climbed into the playpen to sit down, crowding the children. He started to enthusiastically search for information.

“Hey, do we have squash in the house?” the young man yelled out a question.

“We do.”

“Do we have broccoli?”

“Yes.”

“In here it says to steam squash and blends it with breast milk. Squash is packed with vitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B5, and B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, manganese, and iron. And squash is also a food that is high in fiber. It helps nourish the eyes and the liver, strengthens the kidneys, and boosts the body’s immune system, too,” the young man read the information from the internet to the young woman in an excited voice.
