Chapter 31 Part I

After hanging up and putting the telephone into his pants pocket, the young man opened the door. He himself wanted to talk to her to put an end to things, and he didn’t want the young woman to meddle in his family life anymore.

“Pong, help me. I have a stomachache,” the young woman cried urgently. She raised a hand to clutch at her stomach and frowned as if in pain.

“Have you misunderstood something? I’m not a doctor.”

“But I can’t be alone. You know that.”

“You should’ve known yourself before flying to Germany that you could not be alone. Do I have to solve this problem for you as well?”

“Can you be this cruel to me? Even though I’m ill, you don’t care at all?”

“I already told you that I’m not a doctor. If you’re a doctor and you can’t even take care of yourself, how can you treat anyone else?” the young man said in a harsh voice.

“Could I rest in your room for a moment, please? If my condition gets better, I’ll leave.”
