Some nine years ago or more before Adisa met his mysterious stoutful death along the three footpaths that met very near to ajero merket square, Adisa and Oke had entered a sincere agreement which centered on a transfer of a huge piece of land belonging to Oke.

Initially, the contract was perceived to be established between the two parties out of friendship. As a matter of costomary arrgment and traditional norms, the contract weighed more heavily then how Adisa as and Oke saw it at the initial stage.
