Alicia thought Louis might be upset, so she quickly explained, "A regular client bought the painting in his office for 2.1 million dollars. He sent me an extra 10000, but I insisted on returning it. He refused and asked me to take him out for a meal instead. I declined and decided to do a replica of the painting for him. Nonetheless, he still wanted to take me out to eat. I couldn't avoid it, so I had to ask you to join me. If you can't make it, I'll ask Haley to accompany me."
As soon as she finished speaking, Louis's voice came through the phone, "I'm available."
Alicia smiled, "Thank you."
The next day, at six in the evening, Alicia and Louis arrived at the restaurant Chuck had reserved. The chef at this restaurant only served eight tables per day, preparing just eight dishes per table. He didn't accept custom orders and never made extra dishes, but his business was booming.
