Evolution

Ryder still unconscious after touching the mysterious red orb. His father, Riley, is trying to reach the apartment to check on his son. However, he faces numerous obstacles in the form of zombies that block the staircase to the fourth floor where their apartment is located.

Meanwhile, Ryder's body is going through a metamorphosis because of his contact with the red orb. As he lays unconscious, his body is changing, and he is growing taller and more athletic. The red orb has activated some dormant genes in his body, triggering rapid physical changes.

As the transformation continues, Ryder experiences excruciating pain. He is lost in a dream world, but his physical body is undergoing a profound transformation. The pain is unbearable, and he writhes in agony for hours until finally, he wakes up.

When Ryder finally wakes up, he looks in the mirror and sees that he has become more handsome and athletic overnight. He is amazed by his newfound strength and beauty but is also confused about what is happening to him. He tries to call his parents to share the news, but no one picks up the phone.

Unbeknownst to Ryder, his father is fighting off the zombies on the staircase, and his mother has already died. He is alone and unaware of the danger that surrounds him. This realization comes as a shock to him, and he is left feeling vulnerable and helpless
