A sound similar to a door opening ran out as a straight line emerged in the moss, slowly parting the moss in the middle.
“Finally!” Henry squealed with glee. It wasn't all that difficult to wait for the sun to set. Every two hours, the sun sets and rises. Because this was the dungeon's setting, we only had to wait 2 hours.
We made a dash for it.
We didn't have much time; if the sun came out again, the door would close, trapping us for 2 hours if we didn't do it quickly.
When I opened the door, a bizarre place appeared in front of us.
In the centre, a lone tree with pink leaves blossomed, and a hole in the ceiling illuminated the entire space.
"Arghhhh...now what?" I moaned.
I was sick of solving riddles and puzzles. I looked carefully around the tree and found nothing.
"Goddamn it! Take this!"
My blade gleamed as the aura fully infused it, and...Shing!
The tree split in half, and a white string floated in the centre, where the upper half of the tree was.
