I ignored everyone's stares; some were perplexed, others were enraged, and some couldn't care less.
"You have been healed."
As I pulled my hand off her abdomen, I said. The recent battle had reopened the wound on her abdomen, so I had to make certain that it was properly repaired this time.
"Wow, that was quick. I suppose I should get used to it." Eliza gave me a sweet smile.
'No, please don't...My heart can't handle it.'
"No, please."
When I was done, the tent's entrance opened and a person entered.
I wished I didn't have to see her again.
Selena, the instructor.
"There you are."
A quiet voice spoke up. As Selena arrived, everyone jumped to their feet, putting an end to their brief respite. Even the injured tried their hardest to stand up out of respect and gratitude.
It wasn't absurd to claim that the battle would have been lost if Selena hadn't been there.
"Don't mind me, everyone."
"I summoned the cleric here..."
"Ah...you've already been healed?"
