Give me your bag

The passengers were not all from the same bus but other buses too so there were a lot of people at this time. Expectedly, there was not much room to accommodate all of them. Many people were in dilemma and not sure what to do at this time. There were lots of discussions and there was so much noise around them. Sleeping on the bus was a little dangerous for some of them when it is not moving and there are some unknown people around too.

"Is there a room available for us? I want the best room available in your hotel for a night.", John went to the receptionist and directly asked.

"Oh, yes sir. We have one room available but it's the most expensive room. It will cost you 6,000 per night.", the receptionist looked at him and informed him with a polite smile.

"Book it for us. I'll pay in full.", he took out the money and pass it on to him.

"Right away sir. You have to just call us if you need any room service.", the receptionist gave his brightest smile and informed him.

"That's all right… Do you want to eat something, Jasmine?", he simply nodded to the receptionist. He looked at the shy Jasmine and asked with a smile.

"No. I'm not that hungry.", she shook her head and replied.

"Oh, alright then. If you want anything just call the receptionist and it's all on me. You go to the room and freshen up. I'll come back later.", he looked around the place and after some thought, he smiled at her and suggested. Because he wanted to help some people if they are in a difficult situation at this time.

"Oh, alright. Give me your bag. I'll hold onto that.", she smiled back and said.

"I'm not running away though. Here take it.", he teased and gave her the bag.

"Who knows?... Come back as soon as possible. Don't make me wait.", she scoffed and said while walking away toward the room.

"Yes, I will. Wait for me.", he winked at her while sending her away.

He scanned around him carefully observing their reaction and finally found a couple of girls in a difficult position. They were around 19 years old. He slowly paced toward them and gave them a gentle smile when they noticed him.

"Hi, do you guys need any help?", he quickly asked.

"Yeah. We are searching for the room but it seems all the rooms are booked.", one of the short ones chimed in.

"Oh! Come with me then. Maybe I can be some help.", he nodded and walked toward the reception once again while signaling them to follow him.

"But the receptionist said there were no rooms.", the shorter one said while following with her friend.

"Mr. receptionist, is there any room for my friends over here?", he went to the receptionist and asked.

"Oh! It's you. Sir, It's very unfortunate that we ran out of room but I can contact the nearest Hotel if you want.", the receptionist politely recommended.

"Oh! How far is it? If it's near then contact it immediately.", he immediately advised.

"It's very near, as same distance as from your bus to here. I'll contact them right away.", he informed and quickly dialed the numbers. The receptionist was having some conversation with the other end while the girls looked at him with complicated gazes.

"Sir, they have a room but it's the expensive type. Should I book it for you?", the receptionist looked at him and asked while he was still on hold with the other person.

"Price doesn't matter. Book it.", he waved and replied. The receptionist quickly talked with another person and put down his phone.

"It's done, sir. You just have to go there and the room is ready.", the receptionist smiled and told him the good news while telling him the direction and name of the hotel.

"You did a good job. Thank you.", John said while handing him 1000 money.

"Happy to be some use, sir. Thank you.", the receptionist accepted the money with a large grin.

They quickly followed the route that the receptionist gave him and found the place very near. After entering the hotel, they were welcomed by the receptionist who quickly recognized them. He quickly paid the money which was around 4,000 and gave the keys to the girls.

"Alright. You guys can go and have a nice time.", he said while giving them sweet smile.

"Sir, I still don't understand. Why are you paying for our room?", the taller girl asked in confusion.

"Ma'am, I'm just trying to help you without any reason. Is it wrong for a human to help another human?", he said while chuckling.

"It's not wrong but isn't it a little too much?", she blushed and asked.

"I don't think so. If you feel that way then help me next time and we will be even.", he shrugged and suggested. After talking with them for some time while giving them his phone number and contact information, he finally walked away under the confused and reluctant gaze of the girls.
