Overwhelmed

Ash hated how she was but there was little she could do about it.

All that she could do was try to manage it when she was feeling herself getting worse.

It was the first time she was exposed to such an environment where she was standing in front of so many people.

What made it worse was all of the noises that made it difficult to focus well enough to calm herself right away.

The many noises created by the crowd were too distracting and interrupted her attempts to regain control over herself.

Each small breath that Ash took ended up following the surrounding noises so she was having a hard time getting her breathing under control.

She was unable to fully concentrate when she was at the center of it all but once she stepped outside of the ring, some of the pressure she felt previously had disappeared.

Her heart was still racing fast and she could feel the high adrenaline pumping through her body.
