The ordinary world is not what it seems.
Many strange events unfold in the background but go unnoticed by the masses or are covered up.
A supernatural world exists along with the natural world which can only be seen by those called Balancers.
Spirits and Evil Spirits exist along with Balancers who possess unique powers to see and fight them.
Among the many ordinary humans, a girl undergoes a lot of suffering and experiences a prophetic vision.
It grants her knowledge of the hidden world and of some future events.
The girl loses almost everything she has and then takes the steps needed to become a Balance Breaker.
Her past identity has to be abandoned for the sake of survival so she renamed herself Ash.
Ash gains the powers of a Skin-Walker and begins living in such a world taking on the appearances of others, experiencing their lives and living under the mask of another person.

Breaker: From A Nobody To A Villainess

One among the crowd had noticed Ash for the first time and did not quite recognize her from her previous fights so they turned to someone nearby. "That girl just now... who was she again? Look into her some more and bring back any details you have on her."

The person they talked to seemed to be an assistant of some kind so they responded respectfully before carrying out their task.

All that had been known was Ash's fighting record so far which was three wins and zero losses.

The record was not too high but those who were able to spot talented fighters had an eye for certain things.

Getting a winning streak was one thing but what mattered just as much was not declining and persevering through unknown and challenging opponents only to come out on top.

Those who had potential were usually the fastest to adapt to the environment and find their way quickly.
