The ordinary world is not what it seems.
Many strange events unfold in the background but go unnoticed by the masses or are covered up.
A supernatural world exists along with the natural world which can only be seen by those called Balancers.
Spirits and Evil Spirits exist along with Balancers who possess unique powers to see and fight them.
Among the many ordinary humans, a girl undergoes a lot of suffering and experiences a prophetic vision.
It grants her knowledge of the hidden world and of some future events.
The girl loses almost everything she has and then takes the steps needed to become a Balance Breaker.
Her past identity has to be abandoned for the sake of survival so she renamed herself Ash.
Ash gains the powers of a Skin-Walker and begins living in such a world taking on the appearances of others, experiencing their lives and living under the mask of another person.

Breaker: From A Nobody To A Villainess

Life was not so easy to predict how things would go, no matter how much anyone wanted to gain control over their lives.

Ash may have experienced something unique, like the prophetic vision that let her see into future events, but there was nothing surrounding her life or anything else besides the information she had already made use of.

With there being so many unknown factors beyond her control, the only thing that she could do was try to cope with trying to retain some control as much as she possibly could while trying her best to deal with anything unexpected that did happen along the way.

Not everything could be predicted, and there were so many things that were beyond her control, no matter how much she tried to control every little thing to feel a little safer.

Sometimes people could not always maintain control over themselves, rather than everything else around them.
