Book 2 Epilogue

2.x - Epilogue

-----

In the old and ancient carpet, sits a single man in his late twenties.

He no longer wears his sunglasses as he had lost them. His jacket looked damaged, and his appearance looked like someone who just got beaten up.

The wooden floor screeches loudly as he lowers his head to the direction in front of him. As he lightly tapped the wooden ground with his forehead, the man spoke with a soft voice.

"Grandfather.…I have returned."

The man spoke with great worry and care, as if he was pleading for mercy. And seeing such actions, anger can be felt constricting the whole room.

The roofs began to shake, and pieces of sand as well as dust started to fall to the ground. The wooden walls couldn't handle the pressure and shook as well. The ground was already shaking, making the man kneel his head to the ground to shake heavily.
