Bored And Alone

My friends left because they didn't want to spend the night at my grandma's. They wanted to party at my parent's mansion. It's sad that I call them my friends because they are not. Now I have to wait for Lucas to pick me up today.

Grandma is on the couch snoring and I'm very bored. I didn't mean for this to happen. I just didn't want that girl Luna stealing Lucas from me because he's my only one true friend. Now because of Luna he's mad at me.

I can't even watch what I want on tv because grandma is laying on top of the remote and there's no way I'm going to wake her up. She's an old wrinkled prune who smells. She didn't even make me breakfast and lunch. Some grandma.

I know, I'll call daddy up and make him pick me up.

"Hey daddy." I said

"Hi angel. How was your Birthday yesterday?" he asked

"It was great." I lied

No need to make dad get upset with Lucas that would just make everything worse.

"That's great honey. Now tell daddy bye." he said

"Dad, I called for a reason. Can you tell Lucas to pick me up now?" I asked

"Where are you sweetie?" he asked

"I'm at granny's." I said

"Okay I'll call him up for you sweetheart don't worry." he said

"Bye love you dad." I said

Now I just have to wait for dad to call Lucas up or do what he usually does forget because he's such a busy man. Don't get me wrong it's nice being rich having everything you want but honestly it's not worth it. My dad slaves long hours and my mom goes around the world living the life as a model. Then there's never making any actual friends because I am a free ticket.

I fell asleep from boredom but woke up when I heard the phone ring. There's no way I'm going to let granny get the phone. She'll just say I'm having a blast here and don't worry about getting me anytime soon. Too late she heard the phone.

"Grandma go back to sleep." I said

"Who's calling?" she asked

"Just one of my friends, don't worry about it." I said

"Are you sure?" she asked and rose up from the couch

"Yes!" I said and picked up the phone.

"Hi Mackenzie, so nice of you to call me." I said

Grandma heard me and sat back down and went back to sleep.

"Stop playing Bella." Lucas said

"I wasn't, I was distracting grandma." I said

"Well I heard you cried to Dad and told him your at grandma's and want me to pick you up now." he said

"Pick me up Lucas." I said

"Fine but first you're going to apologize to Luna for mistreating her yesterday." he said

"Over my dead body." I said

"Okay, I'll see you much later or who knows maybe even tomorrow." he said

"No need to get hasty, I'll tell Barbie sorry, now hand her the phone." I said

"I'm not stupid Bella." he said

"Then how am I supposed to apologize?" I asked

"Your on speaker." he said

"Uh." I said

"Well were waiting Bella." he said

"Okay I shouldn't have acted like that yesterday. I don't know you and I had no right to disrespect you." I said

I'm good at apologizing, I make it where I don't even have to say I'm sorry because let's get serious I'm not sorry for yesterday.

"Thank you but you didn't mention that you're sorry." Luna said

"Excuse me?" I asked

"Bella!" Lucas said

I wasn't planning on letting Barbie steal my brother from me.

"I'm sincerely sorry for everything. Let's put it in the past where it belongs." I said

"See it wasn't that hard." she told me

I can't believe her.

"Lucas you better be on your way now." I said

"No, I'm on my way to drop Luna off first." he said

Thank God he was getting rid of her for now.

"Okay. See you in a bit but hurry or I'll make another call to daddy." I said
