The Artifact Hall

I bowed politely and followed this Senior Tang. We were walking even though I could fly. So I wondered why we weren't flying. While walking I noticed just how similar this place was to the city outside of the Purple Phoenix Palace.

"Senior! What is this place for? Fun?" I asked innocently.

"Yes this is what we do for fun. Here we can experience the mortal world." Senior Tang said.

"Hmm, so that's why we aren't flying. To experience the mortal world." I said, of course I was hinting at the fact that we weren't flying even though I knew we both could.

"We are walking because you aren't able to fly. Did you expect me to carry you on my back?" Senior Tang said, thinking there was no possible way for me to fly.

I started floating in the air almost effortlessly. The other cultivators saw this and nearly lost their bottom jaw. Senior Tang couldn't help himself either. Here in front of him was a second layer separation and reunion realm just there actually flying. There was no trick to this. I was indeed holding myself in the air.

"That Yang brat has a good seedling. Very well let's fly there." Senior Tang said, floating up too.

We continued the trip to the Artifact hall while flying all the way. Senior Tang was clearly keeping an eye on me the whole time given the fact I was practically a whole major realm away from being able to start flying normally. It was only natural that he would be curious about my situation.

"How exactly did you manage to learn how to fly? This is something that is only possible in the True Element Boundary." Senior Tang asked, after he couldn't help but alleviate his curiosity.

"This one doesn't know if this matter has something to do with it. But just before my father… took me out. I had fought a few bullies in the True Element Boundary. I just couldn't let them keep such a massive advantage as flight all to themselves." I said, nearly straight faced.

"What possessed you to fight three True Elements at your current cultivation? Doing something so reckless… Ah, seems like you are your fathers son after all." Senior Tang said.

"Well they picked on me and then later I heard they picked on my friend. I had to teach them a lesson. I still can't figure out where that girl in the red dress came from. But those three fools actually dared to attack someone who was clearly regressed in their cultivation." I said, probing a little to see if Senior Tang knew.

"Ahahaha, a noble cause then. You have a bright future ahead of you, Wang An Leiji. You'll certainly do great things in the future." Senior Tang said.

We landed at the Artifact hall where another powerful senior was clearly there waiting for us. I couldn't tell how different their strength was So I assumed it was someone with terrifying strength as well. Likely enough to put them in the same class. There was a younger looking disciple there as well who I could tell that I was absolutely nothing in her eyes. She was also not nearly as strong as the other two.

"Eastern Army Commander Tang, is this the boy the message spoke of?" the clearly stronger one said.

"Grandmaster Gao Sang is right. This is Yang Kai's boy. Yang Kai wants a weapon artifact made specially tailored for this boy." Senior Tang said, with an arm motion.

"Greetings, I am Wang An Leiji!" I greeted them.

"Good! Now then boy what kind of weapon are you proficient with? Making an Artifact for you will be a simple matter." Gao Sang said, "though I'll leave such a simple matter to my disciple here. Xiu Lui, make this boy a suitable artifact." He continued.

"This disciple will abide by master's order. Come follow me young Wang An Leiji. I'll make you an excellent weapon just for you." Xiu Lui said, bopping my nose. "This kid is so cute. He deserves a good weapon." she thought as she smiled.

"Then I'll thank Senior Xiu for troubling herself." I said, slightly flushed.

She walked inside the building and I followed behind her.

"Brother Tang, is that really the yang brats kid?" Gao Sang asked.

"It is indeed. Though it wasn't from the usual method it is still his brat." Tang Qiu said.

"The younger generation is already breeding a new younger generation. Where does that leave us old fogies?" Gao Sang said.

Inside the building I got many looks from many people. Clearly wondering who I was and how I even arrived here. But quickly ignored the issue after getting a look from the Grandmaster. This place was simply amazing. We stopped at a place with a bunch of random resources and failed creations that could be used for practice or personal projects.

"This room is where we store leftover materials and practice new methods. The materials here are free and with my experience will still have a low rank artifact as a result at the very least." Xiu Lui said, looking around the room for some things to use as a base.

"Oh! I hope I'm not being too greedy by asking. But is it possible to refine a spear and a hammer? I practice a method that requires both. My spear broke and my hammer is breaking." I said, pulling out the hammer I had.

"Ahahaha, what did you use this hammer for?" Xiu Lui said, laughing her head off at the sight of a normal weapon.

"I fought off three True Elements with this and my spear. Sadly my spear broke. So I can't even practice now if I wanted to." I said, poking my fingers together.

"You fought three True Elements with your cultivation at the second layer of the Separation and reunion realm. And you did it with these trash weapons? Surely any weapon that enters your hands will see a glorious future one day." Xiu Lui said. "I'll make you the best hammer and spear I can." She added, excited at this chance.

She checked my cultivation and smiled as if she knew exactly what to make for me. After she went around and collected the materials from the room and even ordered special materials to be delivered. She didn't want to skimp out on this. Such a young prodigy. One that could make mortal weapons stand up to the power of a true element boundary. Surely this kid would be freakishly strong open heaven realm. And he would be wielding her weapons.
