Phase 3 (4)

"I can't leave! If I make a move Yang Kai will make a move! I'm waiting for Brother Slicing to break out of the illusionary attack. Hold Ding Yao off as long as you can. Then we can kill him together after we kill this killing god, Yang Kai." Rendering Claw replied. "I hope he can hold out long enough." He thought, annoyed with how utterly humiliating his situation was.

"It's been a little bit. Perhaps you should check on your friend's condition first." Yang Kai laughed, and pointed towards Slicing Claw Territory Lord.

"Brother Rendering! I can't hold on anymore! Quickly kill that bastard to avenge me!" Slicing Claw Territory Lord yelled out.

The Sun then enveloped the Territory Lord burning his very soul with its searing heat. The cries of a Territory Lord burning alive resounded through the battlefield. Rendering Claw Territory Lord had turned around to see his peer be consumed by the sun. Among the screams of agony, if one was an ink clan they should at least say: "Ink is eternal". However, none could be heard. It was as if the searing torment was so great that no one could speak.

"Since you can't say it yourself, I'll say it for you… Ink is eternal…" Rendering Claw Territory Lord said, in a rare moment of respect for his peer. Then turned to see Yang Kai, floating there nonchalantly. "I'll kill you to make Slicing Claw rest easy. Mark my words… Even if I can't do it today, my Ink Clan will surely make you suffer a fate worse than death. At that time, how will you bear it?" He glared deathly daggers at Yang Kai, and flared his Ink Force, with a murderous intent.

"Feel free to try and fight me. But you'll die as well. Since it's not me who will be fighting you. My job is done now. It's time for me to leave. Martial Uncle I'll leave the remaining two in your capable hands." Yang Kai said, laughing as he vanished through a void crack.

"I'll take care of these pests. And offer them the… hospitality they deserve." Ding Yao laughed, punching his fists together. And cracking his neck with a smile. "He just gave me so many more free contribution points. I guess this might be another thanks for what I'll do in the future. If not, then I'll just take it like that… No harm in doing so." He thought, before forcing the two remaining Territory Lords into a battle.

~~Daybreak~~

"Everyone should be ready. But Leiji, are you sure you want to do it? It could cause you some problems." Yang Kai asked, appearing on the deck.

"I've said I will do it, and do it I shall. Otherwise what good is all my preparation during this time?" I said with a smile. "Besides, when I finally get to see my mother it's better to have some things to be proud about and stories to tell." I added.

"Ahahaha, good. Then we will begin and end with you. Warn us ahead of time if you can't keep up. This will be much harder than what you've done previously. And don't worry about it if you can't handle it anymore. You've already made extensive contributions to this battle." Yang Kai said, patting my head.

"Ahh! Fine then, if everyone is ready then we will begin now." I said, flailing my arms.

"Good, now do what it is you need to do." Yang Kai said, while others went "Pft" with giggles.

I floated up from the ship and looked around. "Not too many left and the battlefield is indeed small enough for this to work. All I need is for Martial Uncle to take those Territory Lords away and… good good good… Very Good." I thought, with a smirk.

My energy flared up, spiking to a new level. There was no need to hold back now. I crouched into a ball charging my strength. Then extended my arms and legs all at once. "This is my strength! My power! My Dao! Heavenly Lightning Sphere!" I said in a pleased tone, with only a slight strain.

My Lightning Sphere pulsated… Growing in size until it encompassed the entire battlefield. The Lowest of the low rank ink clan were instantly turned into pure energy. The rest of the low ranks were severely injured. And mid ranks were all suppressed or slowed to varying degrees. The Feudal Lords weren't suppressed but their Ink Force was slowly being eaten away.

"Hmm… this drain isn't much to worry about. But it's best to not have it happen. I should get out of here as soon as possible. Perhaps in a day of this drain my Ink force would be so low that maintaining my current level would be difficult at the very least." A Feudal Lord mentioned.

"You won't get the chance to leave!" Yang Kai said, shoving his spear through the Ink Clan's Feudal Lord's heart.

"Damn Human Race…" The Feudal Lord coughed, spurting up blood. "Why target me… I'm soo far away from the ship… could it be…" He thought, dying shortly after.

"Damn you Yang Kai! Once I kill this damn brat you're next!" Another Feudal Lord yelled in terror as he fired off a beam-like attack towards me.

"YOU DARE!" Yang Kai shouted, his right eye turned a deep black color and the Feudal Lord died on the spot. "Serves you right. The King of hell will definitely dish out justice for this. Wait… that attack…" He said.

"No worries father, you cut it off quickly, it will be refined before it reaches half the distance to me. Feel Free to keep culling the enemy." I whispered to him.

"Good! In that case… Heh heh… Let's dance. Once the Feudal Lords are dealt with the rest will fall like rootless trees." Yang Kai said. "A shame you can't be out here having fun with me. Another time perhaps." He sighed, before teleporting over to another Feudal Lord.

"There will be a time in the future where we can do just that, father. Have some fun out there. And remember that after this battle today The Ink Clan will not be able to launch another conflict for a while." I whispered back.
