Ink Battle (11 - Royal Lord Falls!)

"Damn fart, don't think I'm gonna lose!" Six Wood Divine Monarch called out, hurtling his way through the Void.

~ Smiles Vs Royal Lord Area Of The Void ~

"What!? Is there another 9th rank here or something? How did all my Territory Lords die so quickly?" The Royal Lord angrily yelled, punching Smiles back.

"Ah! Heh, wouldn't you like to know." Smiles smirked, feeling a hand wrap around her waist in a familiar way. "Husband, not here." She continued, turning to see Yang Kai staring back at her.

"Don't be like that, I know I've made all of you wait for a while. Thanks for putting up with it for so long." Yang Kai smiled.

"Oh, I knew you'd be coming out sometime soon anyways. I was just going to make it worth the wait." Smiles smugly smiled, kissing Yang Kai.

"Mhmm, now then. I know you've been toying with this bastard for a while now on your own. But… You see, my fist is yearning to crush that bastard's face in myself. He dared to lay a hand on my son. Even going as far as nearly killing him." Yang Kai said, narrowing his eyes with a side glance towards the Royal Lord.

"Can you do it? He might be injured, but that thing is still a Royal Lord. They aren't easy to deal with." Smiles asked.

"Now that I've stretched a bit, I'm confident in my ability to kill this scourge." Yang Kai said, releasing Smiles from his embrace and floated forward cracking his knuckles. "But first, I'm going to let him know… What it means to find oneself on the furious side of a Dragon." Yang Kai said, releasing his pent up Dragon Prestige. Turning the area into an Anti-Ink Zone.

"AH! What the hell is this! It's burning away my body… It's like… Like when that damned brat's blood got all over me!" The Royal Lord growled in a hint of pain.

"It's not as good as what my Son can pull off but I figured it's best to have something at least a little bit similar. Seems to be working already So I'd call that a success." Yang Kai chuckled, menacingly, as his killing intent flooded the area alongside the Dragon Prestige.

"I'll kill you quickly so I can then go kill that brat next. I can't allow such powerful threats to the Supreme Master, remain alive." The Royal Lord declared.

"And you think I'm just going to let you kill my son? Now that I'm here. You have no hope of success. You can't even flee if you wanted to." Yang Kai said, then vanished, reappearing in front of the Royal Lord's face with a fist drawn back. "The only things that await you are torment and death." He said with no emotion, slamming his fist directly into the Royal Lord's Face.

"Ugh!" The Royal Lord grunted as his face caved in from the force of punch.

Yang Kai continued again and again. Hitting the Royal Lord harder and harder with every single punch. The impact of each punch sent ripples through the Void. Ones strong enough that the Void Hurricanes I had formed earlier had some difficulty retaining their existence.

"Huh, I see, I really haven't dialed it in enough yet, have I?" Yang Kai chuckled to himself for a moment. "Well, at least I have a perfect opponent to test it out on now. And it looks like the rest of the Ink Clan are dead, with their corpses and Ink Force collected." He murmured. "Meaning the storms are no longer needed. So no sense in worrying about it." He continued with a big smile.

The Royal Lord went through several different stages of fear and regret in that very moment. To him it was staring into the face of an angry god. With that anger directed solely at him.

"Wait! Wait! Forgive me! I was only following orders! I swear! I don't want to die!" The Royal Lord panicked, holding an arm out as if that would stop Yang Kai's advance. However, the Royal Lord never expected what happened next.

"You damn coward!" Yang Kai muttered trembling with a seething fury only a dragon could possibly understand. Let alone have. "YOU DARED TO COME AFTER THE LIFE OF MY SON! AND THEN YOU INSULT HIM EVEN FURTHER WITH THIS HALF ASSED RESOLVE!" Yang Kai roared, assuming his dragon form.

"Wait… What the hell are you?" The Royal Lord trembled in fear.

"A thoroughly infuriated father. I wouldn't usually give my name out to your vile kind. But, I want to make sure there is no mistake in who it was that sent you to kneel before the King of Hell." Yang Kai explained coldly. "I AM YANG KAI! THE VOID GREAT EMPEROR! I HEREBY SENTENCE YOU TO ETERNAL DEATH!" He roared.

In that moment, Yang Kai once again used every single one of his finisher moves and big name attacks. The Royal Lord was beset upon by an onslaught of utter destruction. Bones being crushed, flesh being seared, souls being twisted and torn, organs being compressed or expanded at random. Time flowed rapidly all at once whilst standing still.

"Forgive… me…" The Royal Lord begged, the painful agony clear for all to hear.

"Forgiveness is far too kind a fate for something like you. Accept your death gratefully. Only then can you truly begin to atone, in the next life. If you have another one." Yang Kai replied.

Those were the last words the Royal Lord heard as his soul was mangled and sent to the realm of Hell, the place evil souls go after death. And he had a similar experience, seeing his former army all there, in horrible shape.

"Husband, are you alright?" Smiles asked.

"No, I'm not. My son is in critical condition. Even if he can hide it from others, hiding it from his Mother and I… is absolutely impossible. We aren't returning home directly. Even if it is a bit of a long shot… I have to see if the twins can help him." Yang Kai said, holding Smiles close. Taking the time to let out what he must hide from others.

"I'll help as much as I can. Anything Leiji needs. I've said it before, but… I'll say it again. I see him as if he were my own son as well." Smiles said, returning the embrace, hiding Yang Kai's face for the moment that he so desperately needed.
