“Mark, if you help me, I promise I will do anything for you in return. Just as long as cheating is not involved.”

“You will do anything I want?” Mark probed, his eyes glittering as he focused on her. He now seemed more interested in her promise than in whatever it was she wanted from him.

“Yes, I give you my word.”

Mark stared into her eyes and seeing how desperate she was, he leaned back into his seat and tapped his fingers on the table. “Careful what you promise, Darling, I’m not a good boy.” 

“I don’t care,” Elena replied with determination in her eyes. “I’m not a good girl either.”

"Wow!" Elena and Mia were left in shock as their car drove into the private estate. They couldn't help staring as the solid metal gates opened for them.

Although it shouldn't have been a surprise to see the large expanse of land the Wang family's home was situated, still, its glory was something that could not be ignored.

"This place is huge," Elena mumbled to herself as she held onto Mia's hands. The little girl was trying to climb over her body to have a better look at her surroundings. It was necessary.

As the car drove along the large expanse of land, the tall mighty building soon came to their sight.

"I know," Mark said in regards to Elena's earlier mumbling. He had heard her the first time but didn't say anything until now. "My Grandfather was a big business tycoon during his era so, he had the money to acquire this much land," he explained.
