“Mark, if you help me, I promise I will do anything for you in return. Just as long as cheating is not involved.”

“You will do anything I want?” Mark probed, his eyes glittering as he focused on her. He now seemed more interested in her promise than in whatever it was she wanted from him.

“Yes, I give you my word.”

Mark stared into her eyes and seeing how desperate she was, he leaned back into his seat and tapped his fingers on the table. “Careful what you promise, Darling, I’m not a good boy.” 

“I don’t care,” Elena replied with determination in her eyes. “I’m not a good girl either.”

Elena did not react to Mark's statement. She just stood there and watched him walk past her. He didn't even care if she was in the room before starting to take off his clothes.

'Was that what maturity was?' she thought to herself.

It didn't take long before she sat on the padded stool the take out her shoes and her jewellery. When she was done, she went over to the shelf to return the items to their boxes before making her way towards Mark.

When she stopped behind him, she said while staring at his bare back, "I need a little help." Mark quickly turned around to see her staring at him. It's not like he didn't know when she came up to him, he was taken aback by what she needed help with.

Instead of saying another word, Elena turned her back to him and remained there. She needed help with her zipper and she believed that the gesture was more than enough to convey her message.
