Ashley, a Turkish woman, who came to
Switzerland to fulfil her dreams and in search of
a happy and calm life. Hudson, a singer who is
trying to make his name and be famous. As

peaceful life and another who strives for a

Meredith, Ashley's friend and Hudson's sister
was the reason they both met and the story
started.
Life had other plans, Ashley's marriage is
already fixed by her family, who happens to be
Meredith's love. How would Ashley fight her
family and reunite Mere dith with her crush?

The wedding day appears and she is on the
ninth cloud. But where is the groom? With the
bride waiting on the altar, the groom
disappeared.

"I will talk to Hudson and his family of course but still I want you to know it first." He says smiling. 


"But... Do you not think that it's a little too early?" I say and regret it because he changed his smile into a serious look. 


"Why? Did he say something?" He frowns. 


"No, no! He didn't say anything. But I think that..." 


"It's not too early... it's too late." He says and changes the subject by yelling at my mother what we eat for dinner. 


I walk straight into my room after we ended our conversation and want to tell everything Meredith. But guess what, she knows anything because she spied on us obviously.


"I'm afraid of Hudson's reaction. He told me it's too early for marriage and we're already getting engaged." I say worried. 


"Come on, Hudson says sometimes stuff he doesn't mean like it. Don't worry, honey everything would be fine." She assures me but I don't think she's right. I have a bad feeling about this.  


After dinner, my father calls me again. I hope there aren't more surprises today. 


"So, is everything alright for you?" This freaking dork Kerem asks me. I nod at him and he closes the door of his guestroom. 


Actually, I can't be mad at him anymore. We started to become friends and he's really being nice to me all the time. And his family is nice too.


Kerem has a little sister Defne. She's so adorable but very smart for a 13-year-old. Defne talked a lot with me when I came in and asked me questions about me I didn't even notice about myself. She asked about my horoscope and told me stuff about it I didn't know but the adorable part is that she asked me how much Ashley loves me and then told me she likes me too. She even hugged me. 


Her English is impressively good for a high school freshman. When I complimented that Defne told me she's watching movies and series in English so she can learn it better. She complimented me back and said she likes my British accent and that it's obvious why Ashley fell in love with me. 


I didn't know first that Kerem told her about me and Ashley because his parents don't know. They're still mad that Ashley's parents cancelled Kerem and Ashley's engagement. But they don't know I was the reason. Well, I still am the reason. Kerem just told them I'm an old friend from high school and that worked for them. 


Anyway, I wait for Ashley to call me but there is nothing. It's not that I was waiting long for her call but it still makes me worried. I mean we're talking about Ashley. The girl who's never late to anything. She walks to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier before the bus comes but she's 3 minutes away from the station and she has every 7 minutes a public transport. 


There is something going on in her mind that she forgot to call me on time. So I better be calling her now but just as I wanted to call her Ashley finally called me. 


"Ashley, finally you're calling! What took you so long? Did something happen? I was really worried." I snap into the other line. But there is silence. 


"Here is Osman. Asli is fine but I like the way you get worried about her. Keep this for your future." Ashley's father breaks the silence. 


"Oh, Mister Yilmaz I'm really sorry. I just wanted to know if she came well home." I apologize. 


"It's ok, son. You should do this. If we don't worry about our women, who else will?" He chuckles. I join him nervously. Why is he acting like that? Like we are getting married or something. Wait, no way! 


"But no seriously, I think you two could get more allowance in your relationship. I hope you know what that means, right?" He asks me and I'm hoping it's not what I'm thinking. 


"I asked Asli and I think it's now a good time to announce your engagement." He says.
