It felt a little weird to build a massive palisade around the settlement when there was not yet a single building to protect. Thousands of tents had been erected in no time.

Tiara and the Silverfangs might have the resources to build all necessary structures to create a properly working settlement, but it wasn't like they had enough space to store hundreds if not more than a thousand buildings, in their War Rune storages. That was also why they ended up building only the most important structures in the Origin Expanse before they stored them in the War Rune storages. They retrieved them to establish the smithy, a stone quarry, an infirmary, and so forth as quickly as possible.

There was no need for them to rush into anything, but the Silverfang Tigerfolk wanted to push their development past the Bronze Age on day two. They wanted to be on the same level as the Tritan Alliance within a few months.
