Act III

The second day

We arrived in New Yorki, left our luggage at a hotel and decided to go to Central Park, to have a picnic. I took Absolut vodka and black Ursus beer, she took juice, a blanket and the ingredients for sandwiches. We were going up the hill. It was an equally sunny day.

We arrive in Central Park, go down to the lake, lay down our blanket next to the lake. Szasz starts preparing the sandwiches and I start drinking beer first, then vodka and a little juice from time to time to diversify the taste. We eat, we hear the birds chirping, we see the beauty of the surrounding nature, we fall asleep.

I feel like I'm sinking into the earth, the same as Szasz, we become one body, one soul. It is said in Plato's Banquet that at the beginning of the world man was a hermaphrodite and this is the true state of the soul. I was no longer David, she was no longer Elena, I was something else, I was what I was supposed to be. We turn into a larva. Then we come out of the earth like a cocoon. We had wings, we were going high in the sky, we were free! We felt the wind in our hair, we were sitting on the clouds, we had become gods...

We wake up, it had gotten dark outside.

-Elena, do you want to go to a club specifically Arabic, since I've been in town I've wanted to go but I haven't found the opportunity?

We danced together with the others a specific dance. The club closes and we go to a pizzeria.

The third day

We arrive at the beach, we stay at a hotel. We go to the beach to watch the sunrise. While looking at the sun, I wondered if it was not more honorable to take my own life than to die in the operating room. So that I can decide when I die and no one else. I look at Diana for the last time and then I start running. I run with passion, it's hard to run on sand. I reach a rock, I wanted to throw myself, when behind me Elena tells me.

We go to the beach, find a swing and sit in it. The entire seafront seemed familiar to me, this whole moment I feel like I've lived it before. I saw this whole image in a childhood dream, did I foretell my death, is that why is this the only childhood dream I remember. I mean, I knew all this time that I would end up here and I did nothing...

We spent the rest of the day on the beach playing in the water. After dark, we fell asleep on the beach. We metamorphose into fish and roam the sea, see corals and algae and all kinds of fish species, we were in communion with the universe.

I wake up, Szasz was sleeping in my arms, I could feel her heart beating.

I want us to always be together, I don't want anyone to separate us. So I took a knife that i had in my pocket.

One hand was on the knife and the other on her heart. I took a breath and plunged the knife into her heart. Her white T-shirt was slowly starting to turn blood red. I watched as the life left her body.

She looked at me without saying a word. I looked at her with cold eyes without any trace of humanity, I was empty.

- Now we will always be together, I will not let anyone else have you apart from me, you will be mine for eternity!

When I heard the answer to my hysterical gesture, I started to laugh heartily, I laughed so hard that I had tears. When I finished laughing, she was already cold.

With the knife I opened her chest and put my hand on her still warm heart. I cut the heart out of her rib cage, I looked at it in the sunrise and I started to eat it.

I looked at her face for the last time in this life and pushed the knife into my heart.
