Shocked, Minos sat cross-legged, rapidly running his cultivation method while still holding tightly onto the strange stone.
As he cultivated, the Nux reserves in his Inner Heaven were rapidly increasing, the stone getting smaller as Minos sucked it dry.
From a measly 10% or so completion, Minos Inner Heaven filled at an incredible rate, jumping from 10% to 20%, 30% and so on.
By the time the stone had been reduced to nothing, Minos Inner Heaven had been completely filled, almost causing his eyes to pop out of his head.
He had no idea what this stone was, but to be able to fill his entire Inner Heaven with a single one, the amount of energy held within it went without saying.
With his Inner Heaven completely full, Minos decided not to waste the opportunity, focusing completely as he prepared to breakthrough directly.
Seeing Minos so focused, Rinka and Tinka stopped talking, realizing that Minos was undergoing an important change.
With both of them silent, Minos could focus completely on his cultivation, and so with full concentration, he started.
Gathering the Nux in his Inner Heaven, Minos followed the instructions of his cultivation technique, using the Nux to wash against the walls of his Inner Heaven.
This process sounded simple, but it required incredible control and patience, the smallest error ruining the entire process.
By controlling the Nux precisely, Minos slowly cleansed his Inner Heaven, using his Nux to inscribe a special set of characters onto the walls, helping its evolution.
As the minutes turned to hours, Minos wrote more and more inscriptions onto his Inner Heaven wall, eventually filling the entire thing, not leaving a single gap left.
With the final character inscribed into the walls, Minos Inner Heaven suddenly began its change, revolving rapidly as it absorbed all the Nux Minos had painfully gathered, reducing his work back to nothing.
Fortunately, this change wasn't a bad one, and as the final piece of Nux was absorbed, the Inner Heaven finally came to a stop.
Glowing with a golden hue, it began its final change, the characters inscribed into it slowly disappearing, as if they were directly becoming one with the Inner Heaven.
With the characters all disappearing, the changes finally stopped, the Inner Heaven seemingly no different from before, but Minos clearly felt the difference.
Cultivating for a moment, Minos watched as his Inner Heaven operated, gathering the Nux from the atmosphere.
However, this time instead of returning gas, the Nux had been condensed into a liquid form via the new abilities of his Inner Heaven.
After cultivating for a short while, a small drop of Nux finally gathered in the center of Minos's Inner Heaven, floating peacefully.
But while the Nux didn't seem much different from its gas form, Minos knew that it was ten times stronger despite taking up the same amount of space.
If this droplet of Nux was used to power an attack, the attack would be far more destructive than if one was to use the equivalent amount of gas Nux, the quality difference between these two energy forms being massive.
In fact, all moves powered by this Nux would be more effective, an all around improvement that made Minos exponentially stronger then before despite the change seeming small.
Standing up from his cross-legged position, Minos couldn't help but clench his fists as he felt his new power.
This breakthrough hadn't only made his Nux stronger, but it had even enhanced his body once more, bringing his flesh to a whole new level.
Just based on a quick estimate, Minos knew he was at least twice as strong and fast as before, if not more so.
His flesh was also much stronger and more durable, not to mention his vitality which had also surged.
While his lifespan hadn't improved, his healing capabilities had, and most small wounds and cuts could be healed almost instantaneously.
After testing his new physical capabilities, Minos gathered the small droplet of Nux from his Inner Heaven, controlling it to form just above his finger.
In front of Tinka and Rinka's eyes, a small drop of water-like Nux slowly formed at the tip of Minos's finger, floating around peacefully.
If one wasn't aware, they would assume this Nux was just harmless water or something of the like, but the closer they got, the more they would feel the pulses of power.
Without even operating any techniques, Minos flicked the small droplet of Nux towards the far off ceiling, causing it to shoot out at a rapid speed.
Like acid meeting flesh, the Nux burned through the rock wall with ease, leaving behind a small hole in which the sunlight shone through.
One had to realize that this rock ceiling was at least ten meters thick, and yet it could do nothing to stop the Nux.
Tinka and Rinka looked at each other with shock at the incredible power, having never really seen just how powerful Minos was.
They always knew cultivators were strong, but Minos proved first hand just how incredible they really were.
"Dad, you're so strong!" Rinka couldn't help but say with fascination, her desire to become a cultivator having never been so strong.
"Honey, that was incredible!" Tinka also added.
"With both your talents, you'll reach this level soon." Minos laughed, before turning his attention back to the faeries.
"Thank you all for helping us, our family won't forget your kindness. If there's anything you need from us, just ask." Minos spoke solemnly, Tinka and Rinka nodding in agreement.
As if the faeries could understand Minos words, they flew around him a few times before tugging on his robe, asking him to follow.
Realizing that the faeries really did seem to have something to ask, Minos decided to follow them, heading deeper into the cave.
Tinka and Rinka were also grabbed at by the faeries, and after getting a nod from Minos, they decided to follow as well.
Like that, the small family headed deeper into the dark cave, heading down the looping tunnels until they eventually came to another cavern.
This cavern had a few special gems studded on the walls, filling the place with a weak glow, just strong enough for people to look around.
At the center of the cavern was an incredibly strange sight, something akin to the formations Minos had heard about in the past, yet different.
On the ground, a large pentagram inscription was carved into the rocky floor, special ores embedded at the tips of the pentagrams spikes.
The inside of the pentagram was lined with an unknown writing that seemed to be filled with a special power, causing Minos's heart to slightly shake despite having no clue what was written.
Almost instinctively, Minos activated his Omniscient Eyes, peering once more towards the mysterious script in an attempt to find some clues.
But his Omniscient Eyes, while strong, weren't invincible, and it seemed this script was far beyond his current level, so he failed to discover anything.
However, while he couldn't make out what the writing was, Minos's eyebrow slightly rose as he saw a certain piece of the pentagram that had been destroyed.
The piece was small, but it was clear that without fixing it first, this formation was pretty much useless.
The faeries also seemed to know this, flying towards the broken part and pointing to it, as if asking Minos and his family if they could fix it.
Seeing the faeries question, Minos could only shake his head disappointedly, somewhat ashamed that he couldn't help this faeries with the one thing they asked for.
The faeries also seemed to realize what they were asking for was far from simple, so they didn't seem angry, instead they flew off deeper into the cave before coming back carrying a large book.
Dropping the book in front of Minos, Minos took it curiously, flipping over the pages and giving it a read.
Again, it was written in a language he wasn't aware of, but this time his Omniscient Eyes activated, allowing him to slowly unravel the logic behind this language.
With each flip, Minos's understanding of the language became more advanced, and shockingly enough, the humming of the faeries on the side also started to become coherent.
It seemed that the book was written in the faeries language, and as Minos understood the written form, he began to understand the spoken form as well.
As he connected the words with the hums, he slowly made sense of what the faeries were saying, and by the time Minos completed the book, he could understand everything.
"Do you think this human could really learn our language?" One faery asked as it flew around.
"Yeah, it seems foolish to rely so much on that human. Besides, his body is clearly a wasted physique, it's a mystery how he ever reached the Inner Heaven Realm!"
"That is quite strange, especially considering the two girls with him are geniuses with special physiques, I wonder how he managed to pull them along!" A faery said with a giggle.
"Who knows? But the priestess said that while she couldn't see the man's future, these two girls were destined for greatness, so he must be something special as well."
"Thinking about it, has the priestess ever failed to see someone's future? Isn't it quite strange that she couldn't see this man's future?" One faery couldn't help but ask, causing all the others to rub their chin as they thought this through.
