Kaylan and Dalia continued walking untill they'd gotten to a particular spot where a lot of wolves were gathered and Kaylan stopped walking.


"Can't go any further" she shook her head.


"I understand" Dalia supported with a nod.


So, the two ladies just stood and watched from afar.


"What happens...if a person refuses to attend the festive night?" Kaylan suddenly asked, trying to while away time.


"Well, any other wolf can choose to skip the festive night with good reasons, but not someone like you. No matter the situation or problem, you can't be absent from the festive night" Dalia replied, installing more fear into Kaylan.


God! She really wanted to be away; away from the cursed festive night. What does she do?


She looked around, wondering if she could run away. But guards were all over and she knew making such attempt was only going to be a death wish for her. She couldn't risk it.


"You're scared, right?" Dalia turned to her and asked
