I watched the maidservants cleaning up the whole mansion. I silently watched them after they greeted me earlier.


Sylvester's words echoed in my head. He said that I shouldn't trust them. Does this mean my escort, Fuller, is included from one of those people I shouldn't be trusted?


I turned around upon hearing Solomon's voice. I eyed him up and down, checking him.


"What is it?" I asked in an almost polite tone.


"Alpha needs your assistance for Duke Sylvester. He wants to summon you to help the duke for the account records."


I creased my forehead. "I have thought that Duke Sylvester is almost done checking our account records? Has he found something unpleasant?" I asked as we walked together to the library.


"He is digging deeper than what we have thought."


That made me silent upon hearing his reply. Before I could even say anything, he already opened the door.
