Chapter 54 CH 54: She Is Not A Princess

"Are you alright, you clumsy old man?" Donna laughed at Richard seeing him dropping the beer bottle on the floor.

He rang the bell calling the waitress to clean the spill on the floor with broken glasses while Lucas shuffle the cards for their next game. Richard sat back on his chair staring at Ashton who looks happy at something he read on his handphone.

"You look happy" Richard said while eating some chips.

"I think she saw me with Donna and is not happy about it" Ashton said while typing a reply to Anne happily.

"So.. you are happy because she is angry. Odd couple indeed" Richard chuckled.

Donna rolled her eyes feeling a little jealous of Ashton looking smitten with his new woman. A sight they rarely seen him with, for a long time. It used to be the look he has for Tara before he caught her cheating.

Now, he smiles like a boy looking at his love crush on his handphone.
