Chapter 48 Berlin Arrival

About eight hours later, we arrived in Berlin Brandenburg airport. Having had a fairly rough and tiresome flight, I was relieved to set my foot on the ground. Getting off the tarmac, we went into the four storied main building and had our documents processed, after which we met up with a representative from one of the medical plants we were supposed to tour. We processed our luggage and left.

Julia Schwiers was a tall blonde with wavy hair and a brilliant smile that lit up her whole face the whole time. In addition to that, she was also very talkative. I wouldn’t have minded that part but Carrington and I were so exhausted all we wanted to some rest not to listen to interesting stories about the country Julia seemed to love so much.
