FLORENCE'S POINT OF VIEW
How many days had passed? Two? Three? Four? I honestly don't know. I
lost count of the time that I wasted.
I didn't resign to my position... not just yet. I can't let go of this job in a whim, not when I and Archer have lots of expenses to pay and necessities to meet. But I will do that once I find a new job.
But for now, I need to bear with the pain of having to meet Zyair in a daily basis.
During the past few days, I limited my interaction with him. I didn't eat lunch with him anymore nor let him drive me home. I only see him solely for work purposes.
But come to think of it, I didn't put that much effort in avoiding him, because he himself changed after THAT incident. He doesn't call me during lunch time anymore like what he used to do neither call me at night just to talk about some trivial things. And there are not sticky notes on my table every morning anymore.
He... No, everything between us had changed in a blink of an eye.
