Chapter 92 REJECTED

FLORENCE'S POINT OF VIEW

"You look stunning," Dane commented as soon as I got out of the gate.

I winked at Dane. "As always."

He chuckled and gave me the spare helmet. "If you say so."

Earlier, I went on my apartment first to change clothes and texted Dane to just pick me here. I don't want to go somewhere else wearing a pencil skirt and a formal blouse. That would be dragging.

I went behind him and ride on his motorbike. Honestly, I kind of miss going out with him.

"Where are we exactly going?" I asked while he's starting the motor.

"It's a secret," he simply said and we started moving.

I just shrugged my shoulders and let the soft breeze fondle on my face. The late afternoon sun is hanging over the horizon, the darkness slowly eating its light away, creating an orange tinge on the sky.
